Coffee made from beans roasted in Scotland, home made granola, Scottish porridge, local free-range eggs, Dunkeld smoked salmon and home made Orange marmalade, as well as the usual “full-Scottish” offerings. We only use the best local / Scottish produce that we can find.
The breakfast is served in our new east and south facing dining room overlooking the garden. The Red Squirrels and many species of birds are regular breakfast time visitors to the feeders outside of the Dining room. If you are really lucky you may see Roe Deer nibbling at the garden plants.
Guests can be served breakfast anytime between 8am and 9.30am. No pre-ordering required. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
We do try, when possible, to buy our produce local.
We only use local free-range eggs.
Milk, yoghurt & butter are always Scottish & local when possible.
We also try to use as many Fairtrade products as we can.
All meats supplied from Grants of Speyside.
Our Salmon is supplied by Dunkeld Smoked Salmon.
Jams & Honey supplied by Heather Hills Farm.
Coffee is from Thomsons Coffee.
